Na inaweza kuwa:

🔹 Ile opportunity uli-ignore ukidhani labda itarudi💰
🔹 Dooh uli-burn ukijaribu kuonekana balling (Fake Life)...badala ya kujijenga🎉
🔹 Ama hiyo decision moja tu iliharibu mambo yote😟...

Alafu akili inageuka cinema ya huzuni.
Flashbacks. Regret inakuja in full force:

“Kwa nini nilifanya hivo?”
“She was real, na nili-mghost?”
“Nilifaa kuchukua hiyo job…”
“Na what if chance haitarudi tena?”


Guilt Ni Mzigo Inauwa Vijanaa Mentally...

Wacha nikushow reality — wasee wengi hukuwa na smiles juu juu, lakini ndani yao wamebeba backpack ya guilt, heavy...🤯

Na shida? Hatusemi.

Juu society huambia mwanaume:

Man up
Suffer in Silence
Move on
...and so on.

But hiyo guilt? Inafikanga mahali inaanza ku-creep kwa self-esteem, kwa confidence,na pia kwa relationships (either intimate, social ama business)

Everytime utaskia iki-whisper:

Wewe hufai
Una-haribu kila kitu, Failure
Hutawai kuwa better”...

Imagine unajaribu kujiangalia kwa Mirror, But iko na Crack kubwa katikati 🪞

...Na kila time ukijaribu kujiona, unaona tu crack. Unasahau mirror bado iko intact.

Hivo ndo guilt hufanya.
Mistake moja inakufanya uskie story yako yote imeblow.

Lakini bro — kio imecrack bado hu-reflect light.
Na wewe bado unaweza shine 💯

1. Kubali hali

PAST ni lesson, si LIFE SENTENCE.
Wewe si mistake yako — wewe ni vile unachagua kuwa baadae.
