Recently nimegundua nimekuwa too plugged in — too much online. By now natosha kushinda world typing championship 😂
Scroll, scroll. Double tap. Meme. Repost. Existential crisis. Repeat...
But here's the thing majamaa:
Too much online world inaweza kufanya usahau kuwa msee real.
Nimejipata:
👉🏽 Nimesahau vile silence husound — like mindfulness, ama kitu kama hiyo
👉🏽 Nikicompare progress yangu na highlights za wasee online (najua most of you mnaweza relate)
👉🏽 Niko physically na watu, but mentally zoned out
👉🏽 Sometimes na-feel tu life inanibore... Like meh.
And I figured, maybe it's time to take a step back… let me pause.
Niheal kidogo. Nipange mind. Na nikirudi, content ni fire 🔥🔥

▪️Kuona couples online wakiwa happy... anga “couple goals” na wewe bado uko solo kwa bed

Na bado tukiingia online tuna-post as if everything ni cool.
Na kumbe behind the filters, tunateseka.
Captions ni jokes, while we're silently hurting in real life 😟
And it doesn't matter how masculine or tough you are — truth ni hii life inabonda most of us in general.
